Mastic Joint Sealing

Our mastic joint sealing division is operated by experienced personnel and provides a service second to none. Our trained workforce is usually available next day and offers the highest standard of service for any joint sealing application.

We carry out all types of sealant work including fire rated silicone and intumescent sealant to enable contractors and house builders to comply with amended regulations which require buildings to be air tight and acoustically sealed.

Our operatives are trained in the following qualifications:

• IPAF trained in the use of mobile elevated platforms and cherry pickers
• PASMA trained in the erection and dismantling of alloy towers
• Confined space trained

Our operatives undergo the CITB Health and Safety Awareness test and are CSCS
registered and trained in sealant application under the NVQ scheme.
